Education is one of the most important areas in society so network access issues affect student's academic efficiency and performance. In this project, the Data Vipers team analyzed data from High school and college students with network access issues. We mapped the high demand concentration in Mexico and the United States countries to collect data that will help to understand how deep the problem is. The proposal includes a troubleshooting solution for students that use Wi-Fi as a tool for their academic tasks.
